Or maybe firefox problem. I can't access Google with firefox at all.
The connection was reset
The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.

* If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network
connection.
* If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

Internet explorer works with Google, but that sucks.
Please no oprah, firefox add-ons are too awesome.

Re-install, virus scan, clean your hosts, etc.

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling Firefox? If that doesn't work, you will have to settle with another browser. And Opera isn't as bad as you think. It is Firefox with all the add-ons already in, uses a lot less memory, and is faster.
