This is my 2nd time ever drawing "anime", so don't expect the best ]:

Also, I don't know how to colour in the picture properly with pencil, or photoshop. Still learning stuff, all I can do is draw faces atm.

there are some pretty good how to draw anime videos on youtube ;3
watch them, and also, you are sketching dont be afraid of not making a clean work. it looks like you want to make it clean directly, to make good sketch curves stroke over and over lightly no matter if there is something under, you can erase after , its better to draw ontop so you dont loose the flow.

If you're having trouble with curves, you could use your wrist as a pivot and find a position for your wrist to create the curve you want.
