its kind of impossible to add depth to this unless you describe it or say what you were trying to accomplish here. And since you named it, that's the automatic description. In this case, it has nothing to do with Painkillers, so tell us what we're supposed to be looking at and we might be able to help.

on a serious note, he should have at least described what we were seeing. Any normal person would just assume the name was related to it.

When a piece of art is named, the name describe the art.
