Is the Mobility Radeon HD 4570 more powerful than the NVIDIA GeForce G102M, or is it the other way around?

And what about the processor? Which is better?

I believe the G102M is onboard, so the 4570 would be a better choice. Generally, the Core 2 Duo is going to be faster than a Turion X2, but the graphics on the second notebook would be the bottleneck. If you're buying one of the two, by all means get the first.
