I tried a troubleshoot article from xbox.

I used a paperclip to press the manual release button, and while having trouble sticking it in the release hole full way, The paperclip broke.

I cant get it out. And most likely fucked because i cant seem to get the half piece out or the sticky feet off so i can open my xbox.
