|
|
| So the thing is my house has 3 computers and the monthly bandwidth cap is 60 GB. Some reason it burns up very fast and we usually end up very close or over the limit making us pay extra. If you think this is too little what do you think is a good amount for me? |

We usually go over like maybe 1-3 days before it resets. |

Hmm... I would say either 100GB-150GB, I would say 100GB would make a 2 day addition so it would last around 5 days before resetting but 150GB would last atleast a week and 2 days. So if you have the money I would recommend 150GB.

Well they never told us that if we had more than 2 computers we got a cap on it when we got the 3rd computer. I don't know if internet just works that way but we didn't know. |

Yeah, to be honest I'd think that would be enough.

They have no way of knowing how many computers you have unless you tell them...
And if your connection has any cap at all, it's time to change ISP's. |

In Australia, the cheapest ISPs cost $120 (last I checked) for 256kbit/s unlimited download quota _________________

| I test a lot of games so I guess I download a lot. I think we're changing our ISP after our current plan is over. It's kind of annoying havinhg to check our remaining bandwidth every day to see if we're using too much. |

| Honestly, if your ISP doesn't offer an unlimited service, it's a bad ISP in comparison to a large majority of others. However, in countries like Australia where all of the ISPs are lame, you just have to get whatever you can. :v |
