Hello, I have a question that I could not have solved seeing the forum.

Cheat engine has many utilities what I have seen but I am interested to know if I can save an game and load again in the exact moment to have recorded it, for example, is it possible to save a fast lap in a cars game (GTR2) to half of a lap and load to continue the lap in another moment?

not automatically.
Perhaps you can save the memory and load it back later, but make sure the game doesn't load any new files inbetween the time you saved and reload the game. (really hard) if it does, you can't reload
