When I boot up when it gets to the start up screen it just stays black apart from my cursor which I can move around and see.

Safe mode works fine.


Any help?

Have you tried contacing the people you got it from?

This happend to my Laptop, i could only use Safe Mode but that sucks -_-

What i did was Contacted the company i got it from, they gave me the answers to my problem then i restarted my Lappy and it Worked, i cant remember what they said tho, so im afraid your gonna have to speak to them yourself :/

The won't support me since I wasn't meant to install XP on this laptop.
