In CE 5.X, you have a feature under Advanced Options which I am of great interest to.

"Find Out What Addresses this Code Writes to".

How is this done in C/C++?

I am trying to make a trainer that grabs the addresses that a ASM command writes to, then changes them.

I need to know where I should look, or how to do this.

Thanks in Advance.

PS If this requires Debugging Capabilities, tell me anyway - I have a debugging reference for C/C++.

yes, you need debugging. (code injection can also work if you let your code store all the addresses, but the function you are reffering to uses debugging)
I place a excecution breakpoint at that instruction and each time it gets executed I inspect the instruction.

example, mov [eax+18],ebx
it then gets the value of eax, adds 18 to it, and then writes it to the list
