i am very new at this and i dont no how to use the cheat engine 5.3 the tutorial was not helpful so can any1 please help me!

I really find this hard to believe, But anyways, try looking into some tutorials on this forum.
Most of them are step by step, try some simple stuff like hacking Pinball or Cards. These are already on your pc.

If then you are still having problems, then you can post asking for real help.
Because by then someone can see you are actually trying to learn to use it, instead of wanting to be shown how.
