I use CE alot, but not the site....(Well, pretty much alot but not too much.)

So, can anyone tell me;
1. How many posts do i need to put a url in my sig???????

And 2. Why cant i get the CE Retarded version??? I have the original, and use that, but retarded sounds fun!!!!(Lol.)

delete dbk32.dll and dbk32.sys, it'll turn into the retard version automatically
