| Code: | 1.I The following contract agreement pertains to the peace agreement between the United States of America (USA) and the nations of Russia (RUS), Indonesia (IND), Portugal (PT), Hungary (HUN) and France (FRC). The nations are to be represented by their currently acting Presidents.
1.II The currently acting Presidents are as follows:
FRC - meza
IND - wizzie_don
HUN - Falban
RUS - Martin Blumen
PT - Raikael
USA - Emerick
2.I After all the necessary signatories have signed, all battles are to end in a normal fashion, but no new battles are to be declared between the nations mentioned. Declaring a battle after the posting of this contract agreement will cause a breach of contract and will be charged as such.
2.II Resistance wars do not fall into this category and are able to be declared by citizens but not by any member of any military branch of the nations in mention.
2.IIIA If a war is opened between the signatory via the Chain Reaction technique, the country who instigated it must send a peace proposal with 24 hours with no monetary demands attached to it.
2.IIIB If the proposal is refused three (3) times, then the country who voted it down must pay a fine of 500 GOLD to the opposing country's treasury as outlined in 5.VIIB.
3.I Peace proposals are to be passed through the Congress of USA, RUS, IND, PT, HUN and FRC concerning each other to where all wars will be closed if any are opened. This is to begin after the last signatory has signed this contract agreement. There is a fifteen (15) day period to pass all the agreements. Failure to meet this requirement will mean a breach of contract to any nation which rejects the peace proposal(s) in vote unless described elsewhere in this contract agreement.
3.II If declined more than once, than the breach of contract terms will be applied for as many times as the law had failed within the country's Congress.
3.IIIA Peace can not be signed as per the terms of 3.I if there is intent of war games, as described in 7.II.
3.IIIB If war games are to occur, then the two acting Presidents at the time of the games must post "I, (Name), President of (Country), hereby authorize war games and will not be declaring peace." This must be done within the first ten (10) days of the treaty's signing.
3.IV If war games are called, they must end and peace be declared before the end of the four (4) month NAP, as described in Section 4.
3.V Once peace has been declared, re-declaring war for the sake of war games is in violation of 4.II.
4.I A Non-aggression pact (NAP) with USA, with the nations of FRC, IND, PT, HUN, RUS will be in effect immediately following this contract agreement being signed by all signatories. It will expire when this contract agreement expires.
4.II The NAP will forbid any nation versus nation battles or war declarations on any of the above mentioned nations unless mentioned elsewhere.
4.III Resistance War (RW) is permitted under the NAP where specified in Section 5.
4.IV The NAP allows for Mutual Protection Pacts (MPP) and the protection of allies via the activated MPP as long as it does not conflict with 4.II.
5.I RW is permitted under the following situations.
5.IIA Any USA-authorized RW must have a fee of 300 GOLD for any high productivity resource region and 200 GOLD for any other type of region.
5.IIB Authorized is defined as being a national act with national militaries being deployed and not an act of citizen resistance.
5.III The fee paid for the authorized RW is to be made to the appropriate national bank, as described in 5.VIIB.
5.IV Any RW started by a citizen and not endorsed by the USA government will not have a fine levied, unless it is successful. If the RW is successful, then the normal fine of either 300 GOLD for a high productivity region or 200 GOLD for any other type of region will be required.
5.V Any and all RW started and authorized by USA will also have it declared on their own expense. The USA has the right to RW any region except those explicitly mentioned in 5VIIIA and 5VIIIB.
5.VI As per accordance with 4.II, once a region has been freed via RW it shall remain property of the resistance and the occupying nation shall hold no more right to the region via this contract agreement.
5.VIIA When a RW is declared, funds will be donated from a USA organization or the treasury to the national bank of the country affected by the RW.
5.VIIB The following is a list of official national banks under this contract agreement:

5.VIIIA The regions CA and HI are to remain under the occupation of Indonesia and cannot be taken by any other government, as described in 5.IIB.
5.VIIIB The region AL is to remain under the occupation of Hungary and cannot be taken by any other government, as described in 5.IIB.
5.IX If an official RW, funded by the USA, fails, then the country it was started in must fund and initiate a RW in the same region within 48 hours after the failed RW until it is successful.
6.I Breaking of this contract agreement in any way warrants a breach of contract.
6.IIA A breach of contract will warrant a fine of 5,000 GOLD to the offended from the offender unless explicitly mentioned elsewhere.
6.IIB This shall be sent via donation in-game from the offender's national treasury to the offended's national treasury.
6.IIC If the law fails to pass, then the Admin have permission to transfer the GOLD fine.
6.III A breach of contract does not exist if a President is impeached, banned, or dead. Once signed, their status is no longer necessary.
6.IV A breach of contract exists if a nation takes any action against another in violation of any of the terms outlined in Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 or 8.
7.I War games can be conducted if both acting Presidents of the countries involved meet the following requirements.
7.II A war game occurs when both acting Presidents at the time of the battle declaration consent to such a battle for the sole purpose of the victory for the attacking side.
7.IIIA The war game is considered such when all requirements have been met.
7.IIIB Before the battle is over, the defending side is to be retreated by the President of the defending country.
7.IIIC The attacking nation will be considered the new owner of the region in the same likes as described in the ownership of a region in 5.IV.
7.IIID Both acting Presidents at the time of the battle declaration must post "I, (President's Name), President of (Country), authorize a war game on the region of (Name of Region). I will honor the (Attacking/Defending) side as in accordance with this contract agreement, Section 7."
7.IV The donation must be made within two days (48 hours) after the ending of the war game. Failure will result in admin intervention as described in 6.IIC.
8.I This contract agreement is to be signed by the named Presidents by having a copy of this contract agreement with the phrase "I agree with the Contract terms" below or above the contract body.
8.II If a signature is modified in any way a fine of 100 GOLD will be levied against the nation which s/he represents in the same way as outlined in 6.II.
8.III If a signature is deleted a fine in accordance of 6.II will be levied against the nation which s/he represents.
8.IV This contract agreement will continue for a period of four (4) months, or one hundred and twenty (120) days. After this time, the contract agreement will become null and void. Under no other circumstance will this contract agreement be considered null or void.
8.V A breach of contract will not void this contract agreement, as outlined in 8.IV.
8.VI The occurrence of a "war game," as described in 7.II, will not violate this contract agreement as described in 4.II.
8.VII Once this contract agreement ends with the expiration of the NAP, all terms outlined also expire.
9.I Any territories which are gained illegally via this contract agreement under Section 4 are to have the following fines attached.
High resource region: 1,000 GOLD
Medium/no resource region: 500 GOLD
9.II Violation of this contract agreement will warrant the repercussions outlined in 9.I. In the event that it would be considered impossible to honor the contract agreement as regions have traded hands and would violate 4.II, the nation which holds occupation status, not the original region's owner, will be fined as in accordance with 6.IIA.
9.III The terms outlined in 9.II do not apply to the states of AK, CA, or HI. |
TL;DR.
The currrent president of the eUSA signed a treaty with PEACE("defense allignment" thats been taking over america) and so now we are pretty much pawns of them
