So, I want a batch script to enable/disable my bluetooth adapter. I like to turn it off to save battery life when I'm not using it. I was told the DEVCON program can do this, so I put it on my C:\ drive and tried to disable it from the cmd prompt. I can identify the device ID of it, but when I run the disable command it says it failed even though I'm running it as administrator. See the picture. You can see that it tries to disable VID_044E, but it fails.
Also, Windows 7 Snip Tool = win.
