Cheat Engine

When i try to generate a trainer from one of my cheat tables, it always has the error "Please, dont mess with the exe"

any insight to this problem?

Because you probably messed with it (as in tried to unpack it or modified it after you compiled it). Another problem could be the anti-virus (I'm pretty sure you use one) or you might not have sufficient rights on that PC (e.g. : not being Administrator)

I'm sure others can tell you more...

I don't think so. I'm an administrator, I tried with my anti-virus off.

I also made "empty" trainers, just attached to a process and hit "generate trainer" but I still got the same error.

Has anyone made a working trainer, so that i know it IS something I'm doing?

What Cheat Engine are you using (which version) and what OS (`98, XP) ?

tery redownloading ce, perhaps the trainer part is a little corrupt

Arg, i think its because I tried to make trainer with my UCE. (actually my friends...) any ways, so its probably something to do with that.

Normal cheat engine doesn't allow me to open my .ct because it was made with the UCE...

So i guess ill transfer everything over by hand and report back.

yeah, it was the UCE, something was broken, when i transferred over to good ol CE 5.3 it worked.
