So about 20 minutes ago I'm out in my rice rocket, cruising around like a god damned maniac, minding my own business, I look up into the sky and see this bright ass white light in the sky just chilling out there, with this huge halo around it. It's cloudy as hell and raining, I couldn't see a single star in the sky, and this light was bright as all hell. Like really fucking bright. It looks like it's now moving towards my car. Fuck. So I'm staring at this thing like a deer in the headlights, not realizing I'm coming into town, still in 5th gear, with my cruise still set around 48. I finally snap back to reality and realize that I'm just over half a block away from the turn off from my house, I was hauling ass through town(48 in a 25), and I managed to stay in my lane for about 3 solid minutes without looking at the road. I also blew through 3 stop lights. So I slow the fuck down and throw it in second, preparing to turn left, and am so weirded out I completely forget my blinker, and guess who's on the corner to the right? A fucking cop. After all this, I'm gonna get pulled over for forgetting to use my blinker. So as soon as I turn the corner of course he's on my ass, I quickly turn into my alley which conveniently enough was right there, and he stops at the alley way and just sits there while I drive to the other end of the alley. I get out safe and stare into the sky, but can't see that fucked up light anymore due to there being so many fucking trees around. The cop comes around the block and drives past my house slowly but I'm still staring into the sky and don't realize it for a few seconds. Then I walked into the house and posted this on CEF.

So I've learned a few things tonight: I see too many weird lights in the sky and must be losing my mind, the local police force now thinks I'm losing my mind, I can actually drive at night without getting pulled over as long as I'm doing double the speed limit, ignoring all traffic lights, and not even looking at the road. But as soon as I forget my blinker I'm fucked.

What. The. Fuck.

But maybe the bright thing you saw was the moon ? Or light reflecting from something.

It's wierd, but i don't believe in para normal things, i might just have been a plane, maybe you was tired, some other good explanation.
And, you're lucky the cops didn't get you.
