i have seen too many defrag tools but i still use the built-in defrag in windows

so, whats the difference if i use those other defrag tools and if i use the built-in windows defrag?

Nothing really, probably just has more features than the Built-in one.

I've used O&O Defrag, which was pretty good. Decent results, plus it fixes the low space problem by using other drives to temporaraly cache the sectors it is moving. Personally I think the inbuilt Windows one does a good enough job though.
