vertical scrollbar on trainer ?

Ok I am making a trainer, and I chose "Design own userinterface" so I can make it the way I want. I am running into a little problem and maybe I have over looked it. When adding a background image to the trainer and resize it the way I want (image is 372 x 1305) I want it to be able to scroll up and down inside the trainer. It works in the preview part but when I go to save it and load the trainer, it won't let me scroll.

I have added values at the top of the trainer as well as the bottom, to see if that would trigger me to be able to scroll to the bottom button but it still won't.

Any help would be great.

Looks like a bug in the generated trainer. I'll look into it if I don't forget
