Every time I do a google search and click on a url, it redirects me to something unrelated, like shopping, or other search engines.

I've had this problem before; but I just used Malwarebyte's Malware Scanner to fix it. However, this time around, Malwarebyte's scan comes up clean.

How can I fix this problem?

I had the same exact problem. It is most likely adware. Get spyware doctor or whatever and run a full scan. If that doesn't work, just cope and copy-paste the link. I think either spyware doctor removed it or it eventually went away.

SUPERAntiSpyware or Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware should do the trick.

Yes, please do check your host file (located in C: WindowsCrap System32 drivers etc, open it in notepad, if u dunno what to do with it xD) and remove everything below the 1270001 - localhost thing that you think is obstructing your search.

If it does not, adware, or you got browserjacked.
