How do I cheat?

When ever I talk on vent ,skype, etc. there's always a high pitched type of sound in the background and I have been looking online for like an hour and I haven't been able to find a solution to this. Does anyone know why it is making that sound? Please write back if you know anything about this subject.

No I don't. I've been reading a lot of things on different forums and so far nothings really helped, the mic is new, my sound drivers are all up to date, so I'm really stumped on this one.

It's probably background noise that you've tuned out.

It's happened to some of my friends. To stop it, all they had to do was use background noise reduction in their audio driver control panel.

is it a long beeping?
if so its a background noise your brain has tuned out.
