Ok I fucked up badly and ran newSID or w/e and restarted my pc because it locked up and when I restarted the only account on my pc is now a guest.(besides the Admin account) but that is disabled.

Edit forgot to say I turned off UAC before I lost admin.

Any way I can make a new admin account?

you might see the administrator account if you boot up in safe mode, then create another user from there.

Nope it is disabled. Can't enable using the net user way No install cd... Damn cheap ass walmart.

If you don't believe me it is unfix able, pretty much google: "administrator account is a guest account"

Check out Windows 7 it is still not retail out so you can still get it legally from torrents, the best build is 7100 RC so yeah check that out, and you obviously have a 32bit computer.

It should allow you to enable the disabled administrator account, and remove the password if it was reset or forgotten.

Just look up on how to dual boot Windows 7 with Windows Vista, to be quite honest Vista has so many problems and been using Windows 7 since the RC came out and all I have to say is they got it right this time around.

Why don't you simply backup all your files somewhere, and reformat.
It'd make life a whole lot easier then upgrading your paid vista to a free Windows 7 Beta, then upgrade again to an RC1 if it's even possible...
