| It would be freedom, freedom to do the things you want, freedom to go wherever you want and etc etc.

So it is good to retain your freedom, if that means not giving everyone an equal chance? (ie suspected terrorists who MAY or MAY NOT be bad people... They could be fathers..)

Freedom and equality are both flawed systems.
You should give everyone equal but limited freedom. Rules will be needed to keep a civilization in tact. Those who break the rules need to be punished.
We all live on the same planet and we are all from the same species. We deserve the same rights as anyone else of our own kind.

Actually ( I forgot to say this ), that both equality and freedom is essential. Its like those are like a sides of a coin.

Indirect democracy is the way to go. In a way, we get freedom but we also have limitations so as to prevent chaos.

There has never been, and will never be, equality. People grow up in different households with different primary incomes, learning different morals and values. You can't treat everyone the same way. 'First come, first served'. What if somebody wants a job they have to be 18+ for, but the position is filled before they get a chance? That person may have been a better candidate, but just not old enough. Is it HIS fault he wasn't born sooner?
Freedom is the only realistic choice.

| Freedom and equality are very much the same thing with a different label. If you are free, you are equal. If you are equal, you are not always free. Anarchy is true freedom and equality. How a certain person is treated by a government determines how "free" and "equal" they are. If the government disallows you to marry, you are not free, and you are also not equal. If the government allows you to protest, that is a freedom, and you are being treated equal by the fact that anyone can protest from any side. Should the government make a "protest box," a certified protesters' area, they are taking away freedoms, however, not equality, as every protester from either side is bound to this "protest box".

Yep. Most country's don't use africa as a role model! Anarchy can't really work, just like communism can't really work. In a successful government, there has to be a middle ground between extreme freedom and extreme equality.

Freedom is the government allowing people to do what they want.
Therefor, it's a complete oxymoron.

| A lack of equality will force people not to be free at all, so I choose equality since freedom is not an option for everyone.

Freedom: I fire an arrow through the face of anyone who pisses me off.
Equality: I don't need to waste an arrow.
