If you are new to making trainers then i would advice getting a free trainer maker to start of with.
Or
You could just go on Google and search it you will find a good tutorail in about 2mins.

Well if you know what you are doing (which I doubt), WriteProcessMemory should do the trick. You will need to get the handle of the process.
