It seems every time to compile a new project in Visual Studio I get a minimal rebuild failure. Old projects that have already been compile will recompile fine though. But if I tried compiling a new project called test I would get output like this:

Lol I had googled it just not with those words. Found a solution near the end of the page. Apparently VS can't find mspdbsrv.exe for symbols.

I found one on the first link. reinstall MSVS

My installation CD is at my dad's office. And all the problem was that Visual Studio couldn't find mspdbsrv.exe, so I just copied it into D:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 9\VC\bin and voila, problem solved.
