There's no fast way. Results come in from hard work. Try doing multiple exercises that work out your abs, not just one.

Keeping your weight in check is also very important. You don't necessarily have to have a low BMI, but you also shouldn't have excess fat around your core. This is the most common problem people encounter when trying to get their 6-pack to show. Most people have the muscle there, but it's often covered up.

Otherwise, doing varied cardio exercises and core work-outs will get you "abs" in a couple months if you have good genetics and work ethic.

Some time and determination does the trick,

but srsly, I've done 300 situps a day for about a week or 2 a while ago and nothing had shown, so it would probably take a while unless you find a really good method.

when your doing situps, make sure to do them slow, that way your guaranteed to work all parts of your abs. Find a 10-45 pound weight, and hold that while doing your sit ups, dont rely on your legs to pull yourself up, also if you do that, your legs will get most of the work out, not your abs. Try turning side to side after every sit up, that way your sides get toned also, if your going for abs, might as well go for the whole shabang.
I would say you would see improvements in about 4 weeks, if done correctly, thats if you have a flat stomach, if you have a tummy, expect it to take much longer, took me around a month for my abs to start showing.

you may not get big abs regardless of how much you work it........ also buff doesn't always mean stronger. i am stronger than a lot of my friends with my puny stick arms....

Oh and as for exercises i recommend joining a club unless you can work out for free that is. at my club the machines display what they work out

Creatine is also good to use, but thats an overall build, I heard its a bitch getting off though. you cant just cold turkey it, otherwise you'll feel super weak, and powerless, goota take smaller doses every time untill you dont have to anymore. I know alot more about this shit, pm me if anyone has any questions.

If I where you i would do sit ups,weights and watch what you eat and stuff ive lost like 19 pounds before just watching what i eat and working out

Look up on wikihow "how to get a six pack" the correct and most helpful one is the one with pictures of a guy doing exercises.
