I want to make music from scratch or maybe remix some of the music I make from scratch. Which programs should I use?

IDC if I need to pay for it >_> just name them.

=O Is that the only thing I need? Is it like, so flexible that I don't need to use other programs to improve sound etc?

Mixcraft or Cubase. Fruity loops sucks.

FL is only good with techno.
If you want to start from scratch and only use one program, your best bet is Reason.
If you want to remix songs, go with ACID.

I used to use FL. I switched to Reason. It has much more options to choose from.

I've used Sibelius at school. It was pretty good.

Sibelius
Guitar Pro
Acid
Reason
FL Studio
Cubase
Audacity ( :\ )

It all depends on what you're doing.
I recommend you check them all out, as in looking up what you can do on youtube or whatever, and take your pick of what you think would be best.

Go to newgrounds.com and check out their audio section in the fourms. You can really learn a lot.
