Could someone help me out a bit, Im going to start making a long movie in about 14 days, And I forgot the big parts of my movie, So I need some ideas and so forth

The movie has no title yet, but I thought I would call it
Project 6
Plot: None, yet... thats why I need some help
Summary: It's a Horror/Thriller about a sick psychopathic serial killer in present time.

You wont know who he is until the end, He uses a hooded trench coat and a mask (Something like this mask)

Just throw and ball with ideas as much as You can, I will of course fit everyone who contributed in the credits.

1. My school dont have homework.
2. I forgot them because I didnt have internet (or any computer access at all) access for over a month
3. I have bad short time memory

I had it almost done in my head, forgot everything but what it was about.

Setting: City, Christmas time.
Plot
A treatment facility releases 10 Psychopaths in a lab to test them, if they behave normally they can leave, but one of them silently murders all the lab workers and escapes, then he goes around and murders random innocent people.
He finds a house with a chimney and spies on them. He buys a santa suit and makes exra noise to lure the children downstairs, then he gives them presents and suddenlt he pulls a knife out!, then the children run upstairs into there rooms and lock the door, they realize they still have the presents and open them, ONLY TO FIND THERE PARENTS SEVERED HEADS.
Then, they escape and run to the police department and show the police the heads and tell them what happened, they go back to the cabin to find the psychopath had hung himself, and slit his rist, they also saw "You would have been next" written on the wall, WITH BLOOD.
