| I demand to know which administrator deactivated the .rar extension and why, because it's against the forum rules and it's really stupid and fatal! Whoever did it will reactivate the extension or else I'll force the other administrators to erase him/her from this forum immediately! Is that clear?!

Lol.
Dark Byte is the only forum admin and site owner. He disabled it, had a good reason and there is no higher power than him on the forum.
Also, it breaks no rules so that's bullshit.

Doing a quick search of this guy, he ends alot of his radical lines with such.
