What is the real difference between the IdeaPad and ThinkPad laptops? because I can not figure which I like better.

IdeaPad = Better specs for cash, larger screen, less portable, verify by face

Thinkpad = More portable, not that good specs for cash spent, very durable, fingerprinting, (soon-to-be) multitouch

IdeaPad are designed for home use where watching movies, editing pictures and other multimedia related functions are the primary focus.

ThinkPAD are for business users where they need a strong and portable work horse. ThinkPAD are the best out of the other Lenovo line ups.

ThinkPAD has better specs than IdeaPAD.
For example the ThinkPAD W700DS

-Intel Mobile Extreme Quad
-8GB DDR3
-2 LCD monitors (one get's pulled out from the side)
-A build in wacom tablet
-Automatic color adjustment
-Nvidia workstation class GPU
