My budget is $4k-$6, don't be shy with the price.
I want at least 1tb hd space, plus extra docks for more hds.
At least 4gb ram, 8 would be nice.
Quad core required.
I want to be able to render a 3d movie, download torrents, play Mirror's Edge, surf the web, draw in flash and photoshop, and burn blue ray's all at the same time.
Give me the biggest and baddest beast of a computer, EVER.

I also want a big ass monitor, say 40" or bigger, for around $2k.

Cheers.

Not a troll, I just inherited a shitload of cash.
I want a biocomputer, baby.
But seriously, what's the most overly powerful computer you can possibly find?
Newegg only has wimpy ones.

You want to waste money?
Give me 1k.
Then buy an alienware
http://www.alienware.com/products/alx-x58-desktop.aspx?SysCode=PC-ALX-X58-R2&SubCode=SKU-DEFAULT
Then your big ass monitor.

I just have a tip for you.
Do not ever buy a computer for over 2k (excluded servers)!

I don't have time for this now but I can explain a good build for you.

- i7 920
- 3x2gb triple channel ram
- 2x 1tb hdd's
- Saved money for a SSD when prices go down (might 2x in raid 0)
- 2x GTX 260 in SLI
- Motherboard depends on use
- Same for case
- PSU corsair 620-850watt depending on if you want to upgrade later or buy new gear

Well, you can get an i7 quad-core... 32gb RAM... 1x some crazy ass nVidia card... and then 2x or 3x Tesla Supercomputer things that go in the PCI-E x16 slot.

Tesla Nvidia, google it.

Get one.

It's god... It also might be over budget.

I wouldn't say tesla sucks, it's just a bit outdated. By 5 years.

Wasting your shitload of money on just a computer is stupid.
You can get a super good computer last than 2k.

http://www.alienware.com/products/alx-x58-desktop.aspx?SysCode=PC-ALX-X58-R2&SubCode=SKU-DEFAULT

Customize that to your likings, although I would say that Alienware is somewhat overpriced, but it seems like you are unwilling to build your own.

Why don't you get a 40" TV and use it as a monitor?

Don't customize your shit at Alienware.
Go to iBuyPower.com and customize all your parts there.
