Or 1px black NOT set on Overlay or whatever, just Normal. Or you can have the Cinematic Border too.

two borders, black/white. Overlay with a small 1px black border.

white3px>black2px>black1px. 3 & 2 set to overlay.

make a selection

fill with black

duplicate,and move to the otherside
