Make a post. When you post, go back to your post and you'll see something like this

Look at the last 2 digits on your number. This one would be 84. Refer to the picture on the Original Post. The picture you get is the person/thing you will fap to for the rest of your life.

You don't have to. The point of the game is just to see who you get. Since most of them are bad and only like 2 of them are actually good.
