Well, I just started skating like a month ago and I snapped my deck today (world industries deck.. got a sweet deal from my friend, well at least I think I did)
Anyways, I'm wondering if any of you skaters know if speed demons or mini logo decks are any good. Local skateshop sells them for cheap and I don't really want to milk out the money for a pro deck if the cheaper ones are fine.

| Speed Demons aren't so bad for cheap budgets.

Go to a local skate shop, any. Depending on your flicking sensitivity, it will probably range from a board size 7'75 to a 7'8. Any bigger won't be very good. I'd say get a Chocolate, Girl, Lakai, or.. ask them what top locals they have?

Well, I got a 11.5/12 size foot, what size should I get? Or does my foot size not matter? And I mostly skate street, occasionally vert though.
Anyways, I'm probably going with the mini logo as everyone says they're great, they just don't have the graphics (On a budget so going with a blank deck)

Woah! Big feet.. I'd suggest a 7.8. It may feel small at first, but you'll get use to it. If it's too small, for fir a 7.9 or 8.0. Street is the way to go, don't forget vert though. Don't ever worry about the design of a board.. also, I'd seriously suggest finding a local skater, and asking for a better local board. I'm skating a brand i've never heard of, and it's fucking amazing. i landed a nollie tre off a block 2nd try on it. it feels so good.

Yeah, I asked a couple of my skater friends and they said mini logo is the way to go. Anyways, I'll go to my local skateshop tommorow and probably get the 7.8.
Thanks for the info.

Best boards in my opinion are Girl, Baker, and Plan B.

If you're starting off go to your local skate shop and buy a Blank.

I have an 11.5 shoe size and I skate a 7.8 Habitat deck.
Too be quite honest, World Industry decks break too fast.
Buy an Almost or Habitat deck.
You can also go for CCS blanks, they are REALLY reliable.
