availible or you don't have the rights to access the burner. Before, it worked perfectly, but now it does not work. How can I fix this?

Wow, when I got ABCD it was a pain in the ass to even try to remove it, and I ended up reformatting.
But anyway, I couldn't access the internet, and apparently you can, so:

Was the second result on Google for "removing abcd.exe".

I'm guessing you mean the hosts file...
It's path is... c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts (not sure if it's different for xp & vista)
Uncheck read-only (right click-> properties), open it in notepad and remove everything except 127.0.0.1 localhost (All lines beginning with a # are fine as well)

Besides, don't we already know what is harmful?
