My computer supports NVIDIA and ATI. I'm willing to spend about 200$~.
I'd like something that can run games from this year at full speed. (Even if it's at lowest res and lowest detail etc.)

i reccomend u get something from the GTX series like GeForce GTX 260 Superclocked .

If it does not matter to u if its lowest resolution and detail, why u need a graphics card, get a new processor.

What are the specs of your computer? There are a number of factors that can determine a suitable card, such as size, power consumption, bandwith restrictions, processor, mobo, case, heat, etc. The GTX 260 is almost a foot long, saying "here, buy this!" before getting any other information is stupid - it might not even fit in your case!
