E7400 ($120)
HD4850 ($85 after rebate)
GA-EP45-UD3L ($95)
400W Corsair PSU ($46.30 after rebate)
Corsair 2x2GB XMS2 800MHz DDR2 RAM ($40)
(Note that this will be pure win for cheaper when it gets back in stock)
Antec 300 ($55)
320GB WD HDD ($48 )
Comes in just under budget at $490.
EDIT: No, I'm wrong. I forgot an optical drive ($24). Is $14 over budget too much?
EDIT2: Replace the EP45-UD3L with this EP43-UD3L to bring the price point back down to ~$499. The only differences are the slightly older north bridge (P43 as opposed to P45) and the removal of 2 of 4 on-board USB ports.

E7400 is too expensive compared to AMD's new Phenom II X2 and Athlon X2 (Regor, 45nm) offerings.
The E5200 is still a great processor, with insane overclocking headroom. You might want to consider upgrading to the HD 4870, but I'm personally still liking the $85 HD 4850 deal Zarr picked out more. For the same price, the Gigabyte EP45-UD3R is a better deal as far as motherboards go. CMPSU-400CX FTW. Hawt RAM and case selections. With the money you saved from the cheaper CPU, you can get a better, 750GB WD drive.
It's a bit cheaper than Zarr's build, but should be just as effective, more so if the user approves of overclocking.
