Not my best by far admittedly, but one of the only pieces which is totally mine and made from scratch. Only my second C4D but I'm pleased with it, colours are a bit off but I loved the shape. Learned a few things doing this, which makes it worth it.

Oh and you guys should check out my online portfolio, it's online and a big thanks to Cris for doing it. I don't know web design and he was a brilliant friend. Appreciate it man!

Only suggestions would be that the C4D could be more influenced by the star like pattern and the most distant looking part of the C4D could be behind the text seeing as it seems to be further away (as suggested by the apparent depth of field).

I love the depth you used on the C4D. It really brings the piece to life. Great Piece, and i can't believe you made this from scratch.

It fails horribly, but there ya go.

I can see some pixelated parts anything else is great :p basic shapes but the effects are nice.

I quite like the main abstract shape. However, I don't really see it fitting into that background particularly well. I think it may be the text.
Have you tried it without the text, just leaving a field of stars (although perhaps you could make them a bit more complex and detailed if the text was to be taken off), and putting text in a more subtle way in a different position?
