You can now apply to be in RSS.
The members of RSS will be judging if you will get in or not. It might take a week or so to get in, so wait.
In RSS we mainly discuss warez, good programs, share RS accounts (yes, indeed) and do epic raids/projects together.

This exact same thing was done just like a week ago by Butters. This too is likely a troll to see how desperate people are to get in.
