This is VERY ammusing. Everyone who has answered has fallen for the scare tactics set forth by their government and schools.
Cigarettes do WAY more damage to you than weed.
Cigarettes is as addictive as cocaine!
I have never met someone physically and mentally addicted to weed. I have never met someone who has chronically used weed, and then without using it for a few days started to break out in sweats, flu symptoms etc.
I have seen someone (in my own family) withdrawal from cigarettes, she didn't last long without cigarettes, but the cravings were painful.

My Uncle has 5 months to live because of Cancer caused by Cigarettes. Bet Marijuana can't do that.

You're right Marijuana cannot give you cancer or kill you.
However, not everyone gets cancer.
I could also say "OMG DEWD YOUR GUNNA GET HIGH AND RUN INTO THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD AND BE TORN TO SHIT BY A SEMI@!!" I think that would cut your life a bit more than cigarettes would. But seeing as how not everyone gets hit by cars while high it is basically the same thing.
Also, my grandmother died of Lung cancer without smoking a day in her life.

I'm not saying that you will get cancer no matter what if you use cigarettes, I'm saying there is a very elevated chance. And how many weed related incidents do you hear about that result in (imminent) death?
Weed doesn't completely take away your common sense.

There are carcinogens in marijuana smoke because, well, you burn it (vaporizing is different). However, it is (generally) processed quite a bit less, containing none of the shit they add to cigarettes to kill you.
The cigarette industry can go to hell.
