Fat DS.

Touch screen works perfectly.
Top screen's hinges are slightly loose, but it doesn't move unless your tilt the DS.
The top of the DS is scratched like crazy, but there's no internal damage, just some cosmetic damage.
Came with a case.

Worth it?

I'd buy it in a flash, if your friend gets another one, let me know, I want one.

Not with the hinge damage. The hinges are the most crucial, and oddly, the easiest part to break of the DS.

A DS companied with a flash cart is epic.

I also love my PSP, but until they get a working N64 emulator on it (doubt it) or some actually decent games there's honestly no reason to get one.

It's worth it, but I wouldn't want an original DS. After having my Lite since release, I've barely touched my old DS, except to hand it to a friend if we play 2 player or something.

Well, it doesn't flop or anything when I open it, just when I tilt it, so I guess it's okay. I'm pretty used to a flopped DS screen anyways, since I was borrowing my friends DS lite, and it had a completely broken hinge.

Probably gonna get an R4 or something. As cheap as possible though, I don't need too many functions. This thing is 2nd hand so I'm not planning to bust too much money on it.

I don't think he'll get another one. He only sold me that one because he got a DSi recently. He also had a DS Lite, but it was completely broken. No idea how he managed to do that.

I'm not sure if they make authentic R4s anymore, but you shouldn't spend more than $10-$20 on the card and $10-$20 on the mem stick.

I spent $30 total on my R4 and 8 gig mem stick.
