no not a "hack" of a rom, making it in rpg maker VX. and i need to know, what are 2 other pokemon like Lucario(it has 1 evolution, riola, and it. and like a semi-semi-uber) because i need some starters. or you can suggest your own set of starters(up to 5 but no ubers, and only the base pokemon.)

OH! and who wants to be the proffesser?

I wanna be a GYM leader and also, I would recommend Jirachi, Mew and Celebi.

None of them are overpowered...

2nd Gym Leader, and make it Psychic Type.

My last pokemon will be; Togekiss, the rest you can randomize.
