Open Box: GIGABYTE GA-EP45-UD3R LGA 775 Intel P45 ATX Intel Motherboard

a little bit on a side note... is that a good deal? The one that doesn't say Open Box is here:

They are the same hardware, except one is used...

You don't know the extent of its uses, or if it as even plugged in...

But you know for sure is that is has been removed from it's casing. So hopefully you buy a good warranty when getting openbox, because there is a good chance you are going to get HOSED.

Never get open box as the hardware is most likely defective or some other reasons. I doubt a buyers at newegg would buy something and then return it because they regret their purchase.

Had friend of my who went and bought a open box board cause it was "cheaper" than the original package.
Told him to return it but he wouldn't listen and went ahead and installed it anyway. The board did turn on and he thought it's working fine, until he installed the OS and found out none of the USB ports are working.
