Well you can see the "COMPUTER2007" Is there a way to change that?

Right click "my computer" > properties > Computer Name

To do that, with WinXP follow these steps:
Start menu > Run
Type "regedit" (without the "")
Click edit > find (or just press Ctrl + F)
Search "COMPUTER2007", and find the strings
Right click on one that looks like it, and click Modify
Type in the new name and click OK
Reboot

Do what NeverForgotten said and restart your computer.
No sense fucking around with the registry like that when you don't need to bother.

Start > Control Panel > Classic View > System > Computer Name.

That's the only way without going into the REGISTRY.
