Apart from design issues, Stroke should be thinner and try dark green for the stroke since thats what you did in the inside, don't use the line tool if you're going to do the inside with a diff tool.

BaseColours you should try:
White: #ffffff (for eye)
Green: #70b539
Yellow: #ebbc19

or try picking better colours.
