Well I installed 64bit as you guys recommended but is there any way to make a 32bit program work in there?
I have Vista Ultimate 64bit
well I think its 16bit but its called Ringcenter Fax Controller
my dad uses it to easily send faxes
when i try to use it, it says your OS bit is not supported
it worked fine in 32bit windows xp

16 bit programs don't run naively under 64 bit windows.

I type in fax but it no program seems to show up
and he needs that program since its most effective
so there is no way that program can run in 64bit?
I guess i'll have to revert back to 32bit than

Maybe I didn't explain correctly, got Ultimate 64bit here and it does have fax.
Click on the start orb and in the mini-search bar called "Instant Search" type in "fax" without the quotes.
If it's not there, then go to add/remove features located in control panel and add it in.
Another possible reason is as I've said before (in your cannot remove SP2 beta topic) you got a stripped version of Vista (mostly done with vLite) where all the essentials have been removed for the sake of just to save a few puny gig of drive space.

Well I would mostly like the RingCenter Controller Fax program to work as that is most efficient for him
or else i'll have to revert back to 32bit

In order to use 16-bit legacy programs in a 64-bit, you would need to use virtualization; IE VMWare, VirtualPC, etc.
