Talk to your local grocery shopper's clerk and say this
"I'm here for the .. snow."
They'll lead you to a bathroom, where you shall write your best friend's cellphone number on the stall.
Later, your friend will receive lots of phone calls from teh anonymous pepulz.
Oh, then you buy 100g of cocaine from the shop clerk.
