how do you speak in front of an audience without being RED? I have a presentation in one hour LOL LOL LOL

What i do is imagine all the audience's head are hairy cocunuts.....makes me less nervous.......and if your presentation is in an hour why the fuck are you on cef.....shouldn't you be practising?? Rolling Eyes

I don't get nervous when speaking to a large crowd or audiance, but the only advice I could give you is to not think about it too much and don't stress. The more you think about it the worse it gets. Also, I like to chew gum before I present something, I dunno it helps me out

I strongly believe that good public speaking skills DO NOT come to you in one hour.
This is how you achieve good speaking schools...

First, you speak in front of people.
Second, you should assess how you just did.

Did I have a wavery voice? Were my hands shaking? Did my face get red?

Now we have to think... Why is this all happening? In experience maybe?

Continue to do a lot of public speaking, and you will see that YOU are making yourself red, not the public speaking itself.

Public speaking is easy and it usually comes with experience. Let it be 1 second of experience (the second you start) or a month or two.

If it hasn't come to you yet, breathing techniques will probably only take you so far. Continuing to speak publicly is what is going to give you the good schools.
