The sketch was my own. I then did a bit of fooling around in PS aiming for a grungy look. I didn't like that because it was too messy so I changed it to a more pattern-like background.
Here's my original sketch.

Maybe you should start off making boxes first and then from there start filling the waves. Thats how i learned to draw hands and fingers correctly.

That was from a rough sketch, I can't see anything wrong with it, mind highlighting the bits that I need to practice? The reason why I used a rough sketch is because I wanted it to look ragged.

the shape of the fist is not well done, try making the same fist with your hand, keep looking at it and then at your draw so you see where you missed
though, hand is one of the most difficult things to draw, so nice try

It's good but there are some unnecessary lines going inwards the hand.

I like the second one, well not the pinkish "background", but the hand and the tuning.

I don't know if it's supposed to be like that but if that's a fist, I think the pinky is a bit deformed.

Your must have a gifted pinky cause it's impossible to make a fist exactly in that type of position.

If the pinky nail is showing, then all finger nails will be showing as well.

Gave it some colour and shading to give it some depth.
As you can tell incredibly quickly done.

It does look nice, I did the same with different colours but thought it a bit plain. Still cool.
