i would buy the sprint.

1) because it is a lot cheaper
2) because it has a qwerty keyboard (for people who do alot of texting)
3) because i like the look a lot better

the HD looks rather nice too though. but i still say the sprint.

It depends on how much you are willing to pay.

For me, I would do the first one.

I never buy cheap things. It all depends on hoe much you are willing to pay.
