How do I cheat?

If insert a Basepointer i found into my CE, it redirects me to the next Adress and also returns Value(8541920). So, what is this value for? I tought, that this Pointer is only there, to redirect me to the next Adress. :p

a pointer contains a value representing an address
8542920=008256E0
