Download a program called Advanced Installer, get it as a trial or go to my website here and get it pre-cracked

Second, open advanced installer go to 'Import' and double click on 'MSI'
Follow the Wizard dialog, find your MSI and the location to save it.
After that you should see everything the MSI installs on the program, now go find the registry or the file that you need to replace, replace it, then change the theme, then build the MSI, and there you have it, a Pre-Cracked MSI just waiting to be installed
